If dust deposits or other contaminants are found, the light source, control panel and power supply housing need to be scrubbed with a dry, pellless cloth.

When dust or other pollutants accumulate and the compressive strength of the light source decreases, clean the light lens, spectrum analyzer or reflection film. Note: This part is easily damaged, moved and scratched if not neglected. All detergent and materials must be SUITABLE for plastic and/or laminated GLASS materials and must be materials that are not prone to pilling or scratching. First, the components (airline vacuum cleaners or equivalent circuits) can be cleaned with compressed air that is free of low-voltage contaminants.

If you need to clean further - laminated glass parts, you can vacuum glass, plastic, or metal materials (or similar items) and scrub them with fabrics and anti-corrosion cloths that do not have balls.

If you need to clean further - plastic components - manually blow the dust off the components and scrub them with a cloth that avoids hair and breakage.

If - color spot is significant, please dip alcohol on cotton or foam to wipe, and then use low voltage compressed air to air.

The foam filter device in the cooling tower (fan) of machine vision technology lighting fixtures, control panels and switching power supplies also needs to be cleaned. If dust deposition or other significant pollutants are found, it is also necessary to remove the fan every 30 days and clean it with compressed air or vacuum cleaner. If the filter device is very dirty, it needs to be cleaned with tap water and detergent, and thoroughly air dried before assembly.

Heat pipe radiators on passively cooled light sources, control panels and switching power supplies must be cleaned with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner using a soft brush when necessary.
